All ages are welcome to dress up and join the fun. The Light and Life Band will keep the celebration going until 11:00 PM. There will be items, such as hats, available, if you need an addition to your '20s glam! And, of course, anything with a butterfly will beautifully echo our IC26 theme of Emergence.
We welcome donations of higher-quality Urantia Book-related or spiritual goods for the attendee Give-Away. Whether you are a IC26 UB Gallery Vendor or not, you are invited to gift special prizes for your fellow UB students! As an example, these items have been donated by Cristina Seaborn: 2 Urantia Book Trivia games by Wally Ziglar, 3 DVDs of Bill Sadler Lectures, a CD set of the Life and Teachings of Jesus Book 3 by Uversa Press. Attendees will receive tickets at conference check-in, and winners will be chosen throughout the event. This triennial International Conference has the theme of “Emergence: Personal to Plenary” and will be held from July 12-16, 2026 at the Asilomar Conference Center, near Monterey, California. Co-sponsored by the Angels of the Angels, (who support those doing the work), the Reversion Directors, the Celestial Musicians, and the Conductors of Worship, IC26 will be an opportunity to deepen your connection with Our Father, recharge our spiritual batteries, grow in community, and be inspired by the seashore’s majesty. Note: The pre-conference retreat is sold out and conference hotel registrations are closed. You can still register as a commuter!

TRANSPORTATION (Solo) From San Jose Airport or San Francisco Airport, Groome Transport offers a shuttle service to Monterey. Check their website for times and pick up spots. From the Groome station in Monterey is a taxi ride to Asilomar. Odds are high you'll be commuting with other conference attendees so show your circles to make new friends and split the last mile fare. From Monterey Airport, it looks like Uber/taxi is the best bet. If you find fellow travelers you can share the fee. | TRANSPORTATION (Ride Share) Drivers please consider volunteering to pickup fellow attendees from either San Jose Airport or Monterey Airport. Those hoping to ride-share will be coordinated as best as possible. From Monterey Airport: we will send an email to folks in the same hour of travel and they can coordinate the last mile taxi. From San Jose Airport: IF we get driver volunteers available during the window of your arrival we will contact you to coordinate pickup. Register your dog at geoffrey.theiss@urantiabook.org, ASAP, so that your room assignment can be made, placed within a service animal-friendly room. Service animals are NOT allowed in Merrill Hall. If you are bringing your service animal to Crocker Dining Hall, it must be confined to an enclosed carrier. When in public spaces, service animals must be on a leash. |

| Asilomar Conference Grounds, located on the Monterey Coast, offers a peaceful setting for educational and spiritual retreat. Designed in the Arts and Crafts style by architect Julia Morgan, Asilomar honors the natural beauty of its coastal surroundings. The nearby shoreline is part of Asilomar State Beach and Marine Preserve, where visitors may see harbor seals, sea otters, and other coastal wildlife.
